Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course, subscription, or digital content from FutureRN or Bubble Test Prep (collectively, the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the materials.

2. Subscription Access

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital materials included in your plan. Access begins immediately at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select (e.g., monthly or quarterly) until cancelled.

3. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

You authorize FutureRN to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Initial Purchase (Non-Refundable)

To protect the intellectual property contained in our course, the first month (or initial quarter) of your subscription is strictly non-refundable. Access begins immediately upon purchase, and by purchasing, you waive any "cooling-off" period for this initial charge.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Renewal Grace Period (48 Hours)

We offer a limited courtesy window for renewals. Cancellations inside your account dashboard do not automatically process refunds. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal:

  • You must email [email protected] within 48 hours of the renewal transaction timestamp to explicitly request a refund of that specific renewal charge.
  • Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be honored.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at app.futurern.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the course materials through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

5. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, practice questions, flashcards, study guides, and other content, are the intellectual property of FutureRN and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

  • You may download and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not share your account credentials or course access with others.

6. TEAS Success Promise

We stand behind the quality of our TEAS prep course with our "Get Accepted" Guarantee. This guarantee is designed to help you achieve the score you need for admission to your target nursing program.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the TEAS Success Promise, you must:

  • Complete 100% of the course content, including all video lessons and practice questions, as verified through your FutureRN account.
  • Take the official ATI TEAS exam within your active subscription period.
  • Not achieve the minimum score required by your target nursing program.

How to Claim

If you meet all eligibility requirements and do not achieve your target score:

  1. Email your official TEAS score report to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your score.
  2. Include documentation of your target nursing program's minimum score requirement (e.g., a link to the admissions page or screenshot of requirements).
  3. We will verify your course completion status in your FutureRN account.

Guarantee Benefit

Upon verification, we will provide you with 3 additional months of full subscription access at no charge. This gives you extended time to continue studying and retake the exam. This guarantee does not include a cash refund.

Limitations

  • The guarantee is limited to one claim per student.
  • You must have an active subscription at the time you take the TEAS exam.
  • Course completion must be verified through your FutureRN account.
  • The guarantee does not cover the cost of retaking the official TEAS exam.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Use the course materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from any course materials
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureRN and its instructors make no guarantees regarding your performance on the TEAS exam beyond the terms outlined in Section 6. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, prior knowledge, and test-taking abilities. We provide educational materials and support but cannot guarantee specific test scores or nursing school admission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
